Owner and Trainer of Knollman Dressage:

Rebecca Knollman: Becky, who has been riding since the age of nine, has been training dressage horses for 20 years.  She enjoys training young horses with FEI goals and enjoys working with breeders to showcase their young prospects.  In addition to young horses, Becky also enjoys showing the upper levels, as she is a USDF Bronze and Silver medallist. Becky lives in Maineville, with her husband, Kirk, and 3 year old daughter, Kayley.

Katherine Marsi:

Kate is a graduate of The University of Findlay with a Bachelor of Science degree in Equine Science with a minor in Business. Kate joins Knollman Dressage to pursue her Equine Management & Training career.   Kate has shown through 4th level. She particularly enjoys working with young horses, giving them a positive, confident start to their under saddle careers.  Kate interned with Betsy Steiner working with young horses as well as upper level horses.  Additionally, she has worked with Bo Jena on long lining techniques.

 

 Maddie Wilkens:

Growing up with polo horses, Maddie Wilkens is Becky's right-hand woman.  She handles daily barn duties as well as assisting with the horses in training and sales horses. She is currently enrolled at Raymond Walters in the vet tech program and owns a buckskin QH named Baloo.

 

 

 

Nicole Freeman:

Nicole is our barn and breeding manager. She lives very close to the farm, in Waynesville, where she resides with her husband, Nick, and 6 year old son Dominic.  Nicole recently began her dressage career, and owns Scout, a pinto saddlebred gelding.

 

 

Annie Campbell: 

Annie is a working student for Becky.  She lives in Dayton and has recently obtained her B.A. from Wright State with a double major in religion and Spanish. 

 

 

Benji:

Meet our newest member of Knollman dressage….Benji! Benji was adopted as a Knollman Dressage member while at the KDA show. With his loving character and sweet disposition Benji has found a home forever. Benji’s role as barn dog is to keep our barn safe and sound while keeping raccoons out of the barn!

 

 

Fritz Fleischmann:

Fritz is our European Import Partner.  His knowledge and expertise supports a successful horse shopping experience.  One of the many horses Fritz has helped import is Solaris Hit, who has successfully competed in the USEF Young Horse Program as a 4 and 5 year old and was short listed for the 2007 World Young Horse Championships.

 

 

 

 

 

Mo Shaw:

Mo is our in house farrier who oversees the hoof care of the majority of our clients.  His scheduled weekly visits are also supported by emergency calls.  Mo not only provides our Dressage Athletes with the best of care, he also offers care for specialty equine needs.  Mo is also a Knollman Dressage Sponsor.
